On August 4, 2010 our hearts broke as we heard the Dr. say "she has anencephaly...these babies don't live" at our 19 wk ultrasound. The Dr. is wrong. Our precious daughter's time on earth may be short, but she will live for eternity with our Lord in heaven. During the few months we have her here with us, we intend to make the most of every second of it. Our hope is that she will leave behind more than a few short memories, but that she will leave a legacy of what it means to hope in Jesus.

prayer request
I didn't think we'd make it out of today without a trip to the ER with Samuel. He's got another ear infection and is having trouble breathing - we had tried everything and he still wasn't doing well and was struggling to breath. tonight it seems to have broken through a bit. Please pray that he'll do ok and that over the next few days, when things are busy and very difficult, that we'll all stay healthy physically.

ReplyDeleteHi Stacy,
ReplyDeleteWe will pray for Samuel that he feels better soon. My son Preston(who you probably know through sunday school)suffered with many ear infections and would have lots of trouble with his breathing as well. So I would go to the dr's and he would be treated for those symptons. All the while I would be asking him to be tested for allergies. Then came a really bad attack with his breathing and the dr's finally gave us the dr's refer. So long story short Preston has some big allergies to outdoor/indoor allergens. He did have to have tubes placed for about 1yr due to ear infections but never had one since.Thank you Jesus!! I hope this little bit of info helps.
God Bless,
Staci
ps.If you have any questions just let me know.
Praying.
